Simpson Thacher recently represented Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank as structuring agent in connection with the implementation of an asset-backed financing facility for Zipcar, Inc. The facility will allow Zipcar to finance purchases of vehicles for its car sharing fleet.
Zipcar operates a global car sharing network for more than 400,000 members with more than 7,000 vehicles in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
