J. Scott Dyer will be participating as an instructor at the Duke University School of Law “Boot Camp”, on May 26 and 27, in Durham, North Carolina, teaching employment litigation skills and strategies. The two-week Boot Camp is a joint venture between Duke and Legal Aid of North Carolina (“LANC”) to provide students with civil litigation and client counseling skills prior to being place in summer intern positions at one of LANC’s offices. Rising second year students will be representing clients in administrative proceedings, and rising third year students are eligible for state certification to represent clients in court.
