Litigation partner Linda H. Martin has been elected as an officer of the Board of Directors of the Law Alumni Association of Duke University School of Law, and chairperson of the Regional Alumni Affairs Committee. Along with the Board of Visitors, the Law Alumni Association is one of the two governing boards of Duke Law School. Together, the boards are responsible for communicating the interests of alumni and friends of the law school to the dean and staff, representing the law school in the greater community, and helping build the law school through leadership. Ms. Martin was appointed to the LAA Board of Directors in October 2009. She previously served as a member of the Duke Law School Future Forum.
