The Firm is representing Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. in connection with its recently announced agreement to acquire a 49.9% stake in Grupo Inaer from its current owners, the Italian private equity firm InvestIndustrial. The total enterprise value of the group was reported to be in excess of €700 million.
Grupo Inaer is the largest mission-critical helicopter services operator in Europe. Based in Alicante, Spain, Grupo Inaer operates 281 helicopters and employs 1,700 staff at bases in Spain, Italy, France, Portugal, the United Kingdom and Chile.
