The firm represented Educational Broadcasting Corporation in connection with an investment by Spanish media firm Prisa in V-Me Media, Inc. V-Me is a public television network in the United States, broadcasting only in Spanish. The 24-hour digital broadcast service was launched on March 5, 2007, and is currently available in over 70% of all U.S. homes where Spanish is spoken. It is a public-private partnership initially forged between Educational Broadcasting Corporation (which operates the New York public television stations WNET/13 and WLIW/21), the investment firm Baeza Group, and the venture capital firm Syncom Funds.
