Simpson Thacher Partner Robert Spatt and retired Partner Robert Friedman, who is currently Senior Managing Director and Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Legal Officer of The Blackstone Group, LP, will be making a presentation on April 6 at The University of Pennsylvania Law School in a seminar led by Vice Chancellor Leo Strine of the Delaware Chancery Court and Professor Michael Wachter of the Penn Law School and Co-Director of the Institute for Law and Economics. The seminar is entitled “Advanced Topics in Corporate Law”.
