The Hong Kong office of the Firm represented the underwriters, led by Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse and Barclays Capital, in connection with Trina Solar Limited’s follow-on offering of 9,085,000 American Depositary Shares representing ordinary shares (ADSs), raising a total of US$184 million.
Trina Solar Limited is an integrated solar power products manufacturer based in China. The ADSs of Trina Solar Limited are listed and traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “TSL”.
