Simpson Thacher recently represented the underwriters, led by J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., Barclays Capital Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. in an offering of 12,500,000 shares of common stock of EQT Corporation, resulting in gross proceeds of $550 million.
