The Firm represented the underwriters, led by J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., in connection with a $345 million public offering of common stock of Susquehanna Bancshares, Inc. and $50 million public offering of trust preferred securities of Susquehanna Capital II. The net proceeds from these transactions will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include support for future acquisitions and redemption of preferred stock issued to the U.S. Treasury.
Susquehanna Bancshares, Inc. is a financial holding company, headquartered in Pennsylvania, which provides a wide range of retail and commercial banking and financial services through its commercial bank subsidiary, Susquehanna Bank.
