On January 28, the Firm achieved a significant victory for its client, a defense systems manufacturer, in international arbitration proceedings in London. The dispute arose from a Teaming Agreement to bid for and perform a long-term government supply contract. The Firm's client faced contract breach and damages claims for tens of millions of dollars.
