Simpson Thacher corporate partners Frank Huck and Marissa Wesely will speak at Practising Law Institute's "Leveraged Financing 2010" Program on February 26, 2010 in New York. Mr. Huck is co-chair of the event and will speak on a panel entitled "Leveraged Financing Today." The panel will discuss market overview, factors underlying refinancing and new deal activity, sources of financing, trends in deal structure, and product, market and geographic comparison. Ms. Wesely will speak on the "Recent Developments and Trends" panel and will discuss refinancing structures, current covenant approaches, mezzanine financing alternatives, asset-based (ABL) financings and middle market versus large cap transactions.
