The Firm recently represented Banc of America Securities LLC, as initial purchaser, in connection with a $350 million Rule 144A/Regulation S, debt offering of 8.750% Senior Notes due 2019 by Mexichem, S.A.B. de C.V., a Mexican company.
Mexichem is one of the largest chemical companies in Latin America based on installed production capacity and net sales, and produces a diverse portfolio of chemical products at plants located in 15 countries throughout Latin America and in the United States. Mexichem produces PVC resin and pipe, fluid transportation solutions, chlorine and fluorspar, among other products widely used in the construction, housing, infrastructure, sewage, irrigation, refrigeration and air conditioning industries.
