The Firm recently represented UBS Securities LLC, as initial purchaser, in connection with a Rule 144A/Regulation S offering of US$120 million of Floating Rate Notes due 2012 by the Caribbean Development Bank.
The Caribbean Development Bank is a multilateral financial institution dedicated to the development and stimulation of the economies of its Caribbean regional members. The Bank makes project loans, and provides technical assistance, to its regional members and public agencies and entities in those states and territories of the Caribbean. The Bank’s members consist of 18 Caribbean states and territories, as well as Colombia, Mexico, Venezuela, Canada, Germany, Italy, China and the United Kingdom. The Bank is headquartered in Barbados.
