The Tokyo office of the Firm recently represented the underwriters in an offering of approximately $943 million of common stock issued by ORIX Corporation in the form of shares and ADSs. The offering included a public offering in Japan and an SEC-registered international offering in the United States and elsewhere outside of Japan. The international offering was led by UBS, Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley.
ORIX Corporation is one of Japan’s leading financial services companies, providing a broad range of commercial and consumer finance products and services to Japanese and overseas customers.
