The Firm represents Centerview Partners and BofA Merrill Lynch as the financial advisors to PepsiCo, Inc. in its proposed acquisition of all of the outstanding shares it currently does not already own in The Pepsi Bottling Group, Inc. and PepsiAmericas, Inc., in cash-and-stock deals worth $7.8 Billion together. These acquisitions will create one of the largest food and beverage companies globally.
The Pepsi Bottling Group, Inc. and PepsiAmericas, Inc. are PepsiCo, Inc.’s two largest anchor bottlers.
