Simpson Thacher represented J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and Goldman, Sachs & Co. as initial purchasers in an offering of $255,000,000 of 11½% Senior Secured Notes due 2014 of Cellu Tissue Holdings, Inc. Cellu Tissue manufactures a variety of products from tissue paper, glazed paper and foam, including facial tissue, napkins and paper towels. The transaction closed on June 3, 2009.
