Simpson Thacher Represents Underwriters in $2 Billion Debt Offering by Halliburton Company

The Firm represented the underwriters, led by Citi, Deutsche Bank Securities, HSBC and RBS Greenwich Capital, as joint book-running managers, in connection with a public offering by Halliburton Company of $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 6.15% Senior Notes due 2019 and $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 7.45% Senior Notes due 2039.

Halliburton Company is one of the world’s largest oilfield services companies and provides a comprehensive range of discrete and integrated products and services for the exploration, development and production of oil and gas to major, national and independent oil and gas companies throughout the world.
