The Firm represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, Bank of America and Wachovia Bank as the lead banks in connection with a $200 million syndicated secured loan facility for Wendy's International, Inc. Headquartered in Dublin, Ohio, Wendy's is the third largest fast food restaurant chain globally with approximately $2.5 billion in revenues and over 6,600 company and franchisee operated restaurants in the United States and 21 other countries.
