Simpson Thacher Director of Diversity Natalia Martín spoke at the "Why Women Walk: The Female Brain Drain from the Profession and How to Stop It" symposium sponsored by the Connecticut Bar Association's Women in Law Futures Task Force. The symposium was held on May 15, 2008 at Quinnipiac University School of Law. Natalia participated on the panel "Mentoring: A Panel Discussion on What Works in Different Legal Settings." Chase T.
