Lynn Neuner Speaks at New York City Bar Program
Simpson Thacher Litigation Partner Lynn Neuner spoke at a program at the Association of the Bar of the City of New York entitled "Current Developments in Commercial Division Practice" on May 6, 2008. The program included an overview of practice and procedure in the Supreme Court's Commercial Division from filing of a case through trial. Lynn participated in the program along with Presiding Justice Charles Ramos of the Commercial Division for New York County and Presiding Justice Carolyn Demarest of the Commercial Division for Kings County.
