This year is the twentieth anniversary of the Annual Tulane Corporate Law Institute in New Orleans, to be held on April 3-4. The Institute has been called “the equivalent of Davos for the rainmaker crowd” by The New York Times and “the most important gathering of its kind” by Corporate Control Alert. Mr. Spatt is the Co-Chairman Emeritus of the Institute and will speak this year on a panel entitled “Public Company M&A 2008 – Deal Making in a Changed Environment”.
