The Firm recently represented the underwriters led by Merrill Lynch in connection with the initial public offering on the Nasdaq Global Market of ATA Inc., the leading provider of computer-based testing services in China. ATA successfully completed its IPO in very challenging market conditions and raised an aggregate US$46.3 million.
