The Palo Alto office of the Firm represented the underwriters, led by Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, in the initial public offering of an aggregate of 7,130,000 shares of common stock of NetSuite Inc. (including full exercise of the over-allotment option), for gross proceeds of approximately $185 million. The offering was conducted using a modified Dutch auction process.
NetSuite is a vendor of on-demand, integrated business management application suites for small and medium-sized businesses. NetSuite’s shares of common stock began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “N” on December 20, 2007.
