Corporate associate Robert Trust will speak at a New York City Bar panel entitled, "Intersection of Bankruptcy & Tax: Planning & Pitfalls Including the Emergent Roles of Hedge Funds & Private Equity." The program will highlight the challenges insolvent entities face in navigating the Internal Revenue and Bankruptcy Codes, with an emphasis on recent developments resulting from the growing role of hedge funds and private equity in distressed situations.
