The Firm is advising Silver Lake Partners in its announced acquisition, in conjunction with ValueAct Capital Partners, of Acxiom Corporation (NASD: ACXM). Silver Lake and ValueAct will acquire Acxiom for a combined total value of $3.0 billion in cash. Acxiom integrates data, services and technology to create and deliver customer and information management solutions for many of the largest, most respected companies in the world.
