Three STB Partners Participate in IBA Conference on Private Investment Funds

On March 12, 2007, Michael Wolitzer, John Hart and Glenn Sarno participated in the International Bar Association/American Bar Association annual conference on private investment funds in London. Michael Wolitzer served as the Co-Chair of the conference, which was attended by over 200 practitioners and industry members. Glenn Sarno Chaired a panel on "Listed Alternative Asset Vehicles," which explored recent developments in the structuring, marketing and regulation of listed private equity funds, hedge funds and fund of funds. John Hart moderated a workshop on the "REIT's Impact on Private Funds," which focused on developments in the U.K., U.S., German, French and Dutch REIT regimes and their use in private funds.
