The American Lawyer named litigation partner Lynn Neuner one of the nation's top litigation "rising stars" in its January 2007 issue: "The Young Litigators Fab Fifty". Surveying hundreds of lawyers, the publication's editors selected 50 lawyers, age 45 and under, who are expected to be leading in the field for years to come.

Ms. Neuner, who joined Simpson Thacher in 1994 after serving two clerkships, was commended, among other distinctions, for her personal approach to client development. Ms. Neuner referenced the "invaluable support and guidance" she received from two more senior women litigators at the Firm, Mary Kay Vyskocil and Mary Elizabeth "Libby" McGarry.

Ms. Neuner's trial and litigation experience covers several areas such as insurance coverage, securities, Lanham Act and general corporate matters. She has handled matters involving Travelers., Wyeth, Lehman Brothers, and Warner Music Group. She is Co-Chair of the Firm’s Recruiting Committee and a member of the Litigation Training Committee and Diversity Committee.
