Litigation partner Charles Koob will chair The Eighth Annual Sedona Conference on Antitrust Law and Litigation. The conference will focus on international enforcement issues and the current direction of the U.S. Supreme Court with respect to domestic antitrust enforcement. Mr. Koob will be a panelist on both "International Private Antitrust Enforcement Efforts" on Thursday, October 26th at 1:00 p.m., and on "International Enforcement of the Pharmaceutical Industry" on Friday, October 27th at 1:15 p.m. The Conference will be held on October 26 - 27, 2006 at The Hilton Sedona Resort in Sedona, AZ.
