Litigation partner Jonathan Youngwood and Corporate partner Marni Lerner, will speak at the Practising Law Institute’s upcoming program “Conducting Due Diligence 2006” on June 5, 2006. The program will focus on issues associated with due diligence for public offerings, private transactions and M&A transactions. Mr. Youngwood will be a panelist on “Due Diligence as a Statutory Defense” at 9:15 a.m. and Ms. Lerner will be a panelist on “Financial Mechanics of Due Diligence – M&A Transactions” at 1:00 p.m. The program will be held at the PLI New York Center in New York City.
