Deepening Insolvency: Deep Pockets + Insolvency = New Risks for Financial Institutions and Professionals

In the past few years, many companies that have failed after defrauding investors blame (through a bankruptcy trustee, receiver or new management) their former lenders for financing them and their advisors for not discovering their fraud and protecting them from failure. This seminar examines the risks posed by this genre of lawsuits known as "deepening insolvency". What can financial institutions and professionals do to protect themselves against the risks?
