Unterberg, Towbin, LLC, Raymond James & Associates, Inc. and WR Hambrecht + Co, LLC, in connection with the public offering of common stock by Diodes Incorporated, which closed on September 28, 2005. This offering represented the first public offering by Diodes Incorporated since its initial public offering in 1969.
The offering of 2,500,000 shares raised $89.4 million and included the issuance and sale of 1,750,000 shares by Diodes Incorporated and the sale of 750,000 shares by its principal stockholder.
Diodes Incorporated is a global supplier of discrete semiconductor products. Diodes designs, manufactures and markets discrete semiconductors focused on diverse end-use applications in the consumer electronics, computing, industrial, communications and automobile sectors.
