The Firm recently represented Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited acting as initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A/Regulation S offering of US$300,000,000 5.00% Subordinated Notes due 2015, issued by Korea Exchange Bank. Korea Exchange Bank is a leading commercial bank in Korea with domestic market leadership in foreign exchange and trade finance transactions. The Notes are listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
