India Business Law Journal has recognized Simpson Thacher as a “Key Player” for India-related work in its 17th annual report on international firms operating in the region. The Firm was recognized for advising Blackstone in its acquisition of a majority stake in R Systems International, as well as on its Lumina CloudInfra platform, a data center platform with 600MW planned capacity in India. “Simpson Thacher is a heavy hitter in big-ticket private equity transactions,” IBLJ reported.
