Partner John Terzaken was profiled by Law360 as a 2022 Competition “MVP.” The profile highlighted John’s work on a number of significant matters over the past year, including in securing the dismissal of a proposed class action alleging collusion among investment banks regarding the prices of odd-lots bonds; as well as successfully obtaining victories in litigation regarding the prices of dynamic random-access memory chips.
