Simpson Thacher was profiled as a Law360 Energy Practice Group of the Year. The feature highlighted several of the Firm’s recent significant energy deals which spanned a range of practices, including advising a consortium of investors in their $20.7 billion investment in ADNOC, representing residential solar provider Vivint Solar in its multibillion-dollar purchase by Sunrun, and counseling Arsenal Resources in two restructurings in less than 12 months as well as the PG&E’s board of directors in its 18-month bankruptcy process.
