Litigation Partner Stephen Blake and Corporate Partner Mark Myott were named among 2022’s “Lawyers on the Fast Track” by The Recorder, honoring the next generation of legal leaders aged 40 and under in California. Stephen was recognized for his work defending Velocity Financial in a pandemic-related securities class action, as well as for his work defending precedent-setting litigations related to SPACs. Mark was recognized for his work advising on the blockbuster buyout of Medline, as well as for his roles advising on Dell Technologies’ historic spin-off of VMware and PPD’s $17.4 billion acquisition by Thermo Fisher Scientific.

The “Lawyers on the Fast Track” awards are part of The Recorder’s California Legal Awards, which will be held in San Francisco on November 3.
