Litigation Partner Lynn Neuner was inducted as a Fellow into the American College of Trial Lawyers (“ACTL”) at the organization’s annual meeting on October 2nd. Lynn was selected to provide the Inductees’ Response on behalf of the new class of Fellows at the Induction Ceremony. ACTL is an invitation-only fellowship of trial lawyers from the United States and Canada comprised of litigators who have shown the highest standards of trial advocacy, ethical conduct, integrity, professionalism and collegiality. Membership does not exceed 1% of the total lawyer population of any state or province.
Founded in 1950, ACTL is recognized as the preeminent organization of trial lawyers in North America, dedicated to maintaining and improving the standards of trial practice, professionalism, ethics and the administration of justice.
