For the first time, Benchmark Litigation’s Asia-Pacific guide recognized Simpson Thacher as a “Notable Firm” in both China and Hong Kong in the category of White Collar Crime – International Firms.
Benchmark Litigation highlighted the Firm’s “deep expertise in disputes arising from white-collar crime including criminal bid-rigging and price-fixing, securities and financial fraud, FCPA and anti-corruption violations and government and internal investigations.” The publication noted that with Litigation Partner Adam Goldberg, “who is fluent in both English and Chinese, the team is able to provide in-depth local experience and understanding of the region,” and further noted the Firm’s experience “in representing financial institutions, multinational companies, professional services firms and senior executives.”
