Litigation Partner Cheryl Scarboro was named to Global Investigation Review’s 2021 “Women in Investigations,” which recognizes outstanding female practitioners in the industry. The feature highlighted some of the biggest changes in the practice of investigations Cheryl has seen since she started her career, including those brought about by the pandemic, some of her career highlights, trends in the investigations space and ways to amplify a more diverse set of voices. When discussing one the most fulfilling aspects of her job, she noted being a part of the development of junior attorneys was truly meaningful. “I was lucky enough to have many great mentors, and I am happy to now serve as both a formal and informal mentor to many attorneys at Simpson Thacher and in the legal community,” she said.
