Simpson Thacher recently represented the international managers in connection with the global offering of ¥21.2 billion (approximately US $136.2 million) in shares of Astroscale Holdings Inc., including an offering to institutional investors outside Japan pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act.
Astroscale Holdings Inc. is a Japanese space company specializing in commercial services for the removal of space debris.
The joint global coordinators for the international offering were Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc and Mizuho Securities Co., Ltd.
