Simpson Thacher is representing Nadir Figueiredo in connection with its announced acquisition of Cristar TableTop S.A.S. in Colombia from Industrial de Materias Primas and Cristalería Peldar, subsidiaries of O-I Glass, Inc. The transaction is expected to be completed during the first half of 2022, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
