Simpson Thacher represented an affiliate of Advent International as one of the lead investors in a US$225 million Series B financing round in Merama.
Merama is a company based in Mexico City and São Paulo that is focused on partnering with e-commerce champions across Latin America in several categories to accelerate growth and profit by investing in working capital, and providing strategic and functional knowledge to invested businesses.
