The Firm is representing Blackstone in connection with its announced acquisition, together with funds managed by Vista Equity Partners, of Ellucian from private equity funds managed by TPG Capital and Leonard Green & Partners, L.P. Blackstone and Vista will invest in Ellucian through their respective long-term private equity strategies. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
