Simpson Thacher recently won China Business Law Journal’s 2020 China Business Law Awards in four practice areas, including Asset Management; Banking and Finance; Capital Markets (Overseas); and Mergers and Acquisitions (Outbound). The Firm also won in three industries, including Fintech and Blockchain; Industrials and Manufacturing; and Internet and E-Commerce.
Additionally, three of the Firm’s matters were named “Deals of the Year” for 2019, including:
- Alibaba’s record-breaking Hong Kong IPO
- Canaan’s Nasdaq IPO
- New Frontier’s $1.3 billion acquisition of United Family Healthcare
