Blackstone to Take Majority Stake in MagicLab

The Firm is representing Blackstone in connection with its proposed acquisition of a majority stake in MagicLab. The transaction is expected to close early next year, subject to customary closing conditions. The transaction values the company at approximately $3 billion.

MagicLab builds and operates leading dating and social networking apps with over 500 million users around the world, including Badoo, Bumble, Chappy and Lumen.
