The Firm is representing a fund managed by Blackstone on behalf of its private equity investors in connection with the announced acquisition of a majority stake in Accuvant Inc. (“Accuvant”). The transaction is expected to close in April pending relevant regulatory approvals.
Accuvant is a leading provider of information security services and solutions serving enterprise-class organizations across North America.
