Partners Katherine Krause and Sara Razi were named among The Deal’s 2023 “Top Women in Dealmaking.” Katherine was recognized for her work advising Twitter’s Board of Directors on the company’s $44 billion acquisition by Elon Musk. Sara was honored for helping guide Change Healthcare through a DOJ antitrust challenge to its $13.8 billion combination with UnitedHealth Group, culminating in a historic 11-day bench trial that ended in the Biden Administration’s first loss in a litigated merger case.
