  • KKR in multiple fundraisings, including the establishment of  the $2 billion KKR Real Estate Partners Americas II (REPA II), the establishment and raising of the $950 million KKR Real Estate Credit Opportunity Partners II (RECOP II) and the formation and raising of the $1.7 billion KKR Asia Real Estate Partners SCSp, its first Asia real estate fund
  • Pretium in connection with the establishment of Pretium Residential Credit Fund II and Pretium Single-Family Rental Fund III
  • Riverstone in connection with the sale of a minority interest to Goldman Sachs Asset Management’s Petershill fund and in the formation of Riverstone Credit Partners II

Steve Homan is Partner in Simpson Thacher’s New York office and a member of the Firm’s Private Funds Practice. Steve’s practice focuses on the sponsoring and management of private equity funds, including buyout funds, real estate funds, credit funds, infrastructure funds, co-investment funds and hedge funds, as well as investment management M&A and other aspects of private investing in alternative asset classes.
