Based in the Hong Kong office, Alvin Kwong is Counsel (New York) in the Firm’s Asia Banking and Credit Team. His practice focuses on complex cross-border transactions throughout the Asia-Pacific region, and he advises on a wide range of acquisition finance, real estate finance, fund finance, back leverage transactions, margin finance and other corporate financing transactions. Alvin represents leading private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, corporate borrowers, international financial institutions and private credit funds. His pan-Asia practice covers both a wide range of jurisdictions, including India, Australia, Greater China and Japan, and industries, such as real estate, financial institutions, technology and industrials and many others.
