Thomson Reuters Publications has released in bound edition and on Westlaw the Fifteenth Edition of McLaughlin on Class Actions: Law and Practice, a two volume treatise authored by Litigation Partner Joseph M. McLaughlin. The treatise continues to be one of the most comprehensive and referenced works on class and shareholder derivative actions, frequently cited in federal and state appellate and trial courts and by practitioners across the country, including by every federal Circuit Court of Appeal.
